Freelance Contract Generator

1. Parties

This Freelance Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Client Name], located at [Client Address] ("Client"), and [Freelancer Name], located at [Freelancer Address] ("Freelancer").

2. Services

3. Term

4. Payment

5. Intellectual Property

Upon payment in full, Freelancer assigns to Client all right, title, and interest in the deliverables created under this Agreement. Freelancer retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, or materials used to create the deliverables.

6. Revisions

Fees quoted include the scope of Services described above. Work outside that scope, including additional revision rounds beyond what was agreed, will be quoted and billed separately.

7. Independent Contractor

Freelancer is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Client. Freelancer is responsible for its own taxes, insurance, and benefits.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with this Agreement, and not to disclose it to third parties without the other party's prior written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 14 days' written notice to the other party. Client remains responsible for payment of Services performed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Governing Law / Jurisdiction].
