What we collect

The invoice, quote, receipt, purchase order, and credit note tools use the business and client details you type in solely to generate your PDF. If you use them without signing in, that data is stored anonymously and tied only to a browser session — not to your identity.

The calculators, mileage log, expense tracker, salary slip generator, 1099 tracker, and bulk invoice generator are fully stateless: nothing you type into them is saved on our servers at all. They render a PDF on the fly and send it straight to your browser.

If you create a free account (used for the Timesheet feature and to save documents to your Dashboard), we store your email address and the documents/timesheets you explicitly save, via Supabase. Timesheet subscriptions are billed through Stripe, which processes your payment details directly — we never see or store your card number.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly functional cookies, and no third-party advertising or analytics trackers:

• anonymous_session_id — lets documents you generate before signing up get attached to your account if you later create one.
• Supabase auth cookies (only if you sign in) — keep you logged in to the Dashboard and Timesheets.
• Stripe checkout cookies (only during Timesheet checkout) — needed for Stripe's hosted payment flow.

Because all of the above are strictly necessary for the site to function, we don't ask you to opt in or out of them individually — the cookie notice on this site is informational.

Who we share data with

We use Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (billing for Timesheets). We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
